The course deals with the following topics:

Human resources management in the context of construction, external issues affecting human resources management in construction, organizational  behavior, industrial relations in construction, people and information, management and development .     

 

Course Aim:

To equip students with human resources concepts in construction field and practical cases in order to be able to apply them when managing construction projects
