Personal Profile

Human resource development, and institutional management expert, holds a Ph.D. degree in human resource development and management. Worked as assistant dean of planning and development at the Islamic University of Gaza. Also, as MBA program supervisor, and business administration department head. More than 100 master thesis were supervised in different areas of management specially in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior. Previous work experience at the Ministry of Planning & International Cooperation adds to the experience in the field of institutional development of newly developed organizations.

As it is mentioned in the C.V wide experience in institutional and capacity building programs is maintained, this include restructuring organizational structures, conducting job analysis, developing performance appraisal systems, conducting competency analysis, and developing capacity building programs. Moreover, has a wide experience in designing strategic plans, evaluating projects, and designing fundraising proposals.

Has a wide experience in human resources development programs. Also, work as professional trainer, participated in several training programs delivered to several organizations in co-operation with national and international bodies, in the fields of human resource management, strategic planning, decision making, and management skills. Has a very wide experience in planning, implementing and evaluating training programs. Also, several needs assessment studies were carried out.
